All products are delivered from our international warehouse, unless stated differently in some cases. Due to the nature of our online store, overselling may occur and the item may be out of stock and might take longer to be delivered as we wait for the warehouse to restock. Should the ordered item be out of stock and not being restocked again we will send you an email and you can choose another item of the same value or we will process a refund. Processing time may vary from 2-3 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Please take note: Delivery will take anywhere from 10-15 business days. Please take note on rare occasions there may be a slight delay due to custom clearance. Delivery time does not include processing time. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Orders with incorrect delivery information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
