Delivery by Divas Fashions offered via free courier delivery to your door anywhere in South Africa. All orders will be processed after payment is cleared. All products are delivered from our international warehouse, unless stated differently in some cases  - "The words Local Stock will be displayed in the details and description of the item". Due to the nature of our online store, overselling may occur and the item may be out of stock and might take longer to be delivered as we wait for the warehouse to restock. Should the ordered item be out of stock and not being restocked again we will send you an email and you can choose another item of the same value or we will process a refund. Processing time may vary from 3-4 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Please take note: Delivery will take anywhere from 10-15 business days. Please take note on rare occasions there may be a slight delay due to custom clearance. Delivery time does not include processing time. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Orders with incorrect delivery information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed. In the case of returned delivery, the customer is responsible for any and all additional fees incurred for delivery.

Delivery is subject to a confirmed proof of payment of an order and Divas Fashions shall not be liable for any delays, damages, costs, theft or loss of parcels caused by external factors, including but not limited to, customs clearance & inspections, transporters, deliverers, charges or expenses arising out of hijacking or unforeseen road accidents of third party delivery vehicles, resulting in the loss or damage to parcels or late deliveries, delayed flights, political conflicts, acts of God, force majeure and others. Risk on delivery shall pass to the consumer upon handing the parcel over to our delivery company, unless the consumer arranges to have the goods picked up or employs the services of his/her own delivery company, in which case risk shall pass to the consumer upon collection of the goods

All prices stated on Divas Fashions website include customs duties, taxes, and government levies for all orders being delivered in South Africa relating to purchases on the Divas Fashions website or online platform.

While Divas Fashions endeavours at all times to adhere to previously stated delivery times and schedules of 10 to 15 working days, during promotions, special sale events and international holiday breaks delivery times and schedules may be varied due to the influx of customer orders.

Divas Fashions offers SIZE CHARTS with every item (which is “Unique” to that one specific item only and must not be regarded as a “General Size Chart”) To ensure our customers order the correct size we to urge you to please ensure that you utilize the size chart provided and compare to your own body measurements to ensure you choose the correct size. All our items are shipped from international warehouses, factories & suppliers according to our shipping policy and therefore we WILL NOT be held responsible for incorrect sizes ordered and if you ordered the incorrect size and you would like a different size, you will have to place a new order on our online store for the correct size.

All refunds will remain at the discretion of Divas Fashions.

Returns for swimwear/underwear/lingerie and shoes WILL NOT be accepted due to hygienic reasons.
