Shipping Costs for all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be calculated at checkout.

Following the developments related to - Corona Virus - COVID-19, we would like to inform you that we are working around the clock to ensure that there are minimal delays and interruptions of our services. Accordingly, depending on the origin and destination, you may experience a delay in delivering your orders. We are closely monitoring the new regulations and policies set by government and transportation authorities which may have an impact on our normal operations, and we will keep you updated. The health and safety of our customers and our team is our highest priority, and we are taking the necessary measures following the recommendations of the World Health Organization and local public health authorities, to ensure we continue to serve you with zero compromise on the well-being of all parties.

Delivery by Divas Fashions offered via free courier delivery to your door anywhere in South Africa. All orders will be processed after payment is cleared. All products are delivered from our international warehouse, unless stated differently in some cases. Due to the nature of our online store, overselling may occur and the item may be out of stock and might take longer to be delivered as we wait for the warehouse to restock. Should the ordered item be out of stock and not being restocked again we will send you an email and you can choose another item of the same value or we will process a refund. Processing time may vary from 2-3 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Please take note: Delivery will take anywhere from 10-15 business days. Please take note on rare occasions there may be a slight delay due to custom clearance. Delivery time does not include processing time. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Orders with incorrect delivery information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed. In the case of returned delivery, the customer is responsible for any and all additional fees incurred for delivery.

RETURNS

Divas Fashions offers SIZE CHARTS with every item (which is “Unique” to that one specific item only and must not be regarded as a “General Size Chart”) To ensure our customers order the correct size we to urge you to please ensure that you utilize the size chart provided and compare to your own body measurements to ensure you choose the correct size. All our items are shipped from international warehouses, factories & suppliers according to our shipping policy and therefore we WILL NOT be held responsible for incorrect sizes ordered and if you ordered the incorrect size and you would like a different size, you will have to place a new order on our online store for the correct size.

All refunds will remain at the discretion of Divas Fashions.

Returns for swimwear/underwear/lingerie and shoes WILL NOT be accepted due to hygienic reasons.
